Morning Everyone! So far so good! Sometimes it is difficult to devote a whole 10 minutes to sit down and massage each nail for 1 minute each.
What I have been doing is often during the day when I have a spare moment or two I will put the cream on and then do 10 circular each way on each nail and if I have time do it all over again. I also do it after each hand washing. My question is do you think this is a good way to go or do I really need to do the 1 whole minute for each nail?

Just be consistant and concentrate the efforts on the matrix and cuticles. You should see results if you just make certain to continue. Don't give up before giving it a serious shot.
