After applying the nailgrowth formula is it okay to wash your hands or should you leave it on a while? Sometimes the formula makes my fingers feel a little sticky.

You can indeed wash immediately...If they feel "sticky" then you need to cut down on the amount you are using each time. Just a little goes a long way. You can just wipe the excess off with a tissue.
