Subject: Nail Growth Formula - nails breaking
Message: I received my Natural Nail Growth Formula a few days ago and have been using it twice a day. Tonight two of my nails broke completely off. I have thin nails, but this never happened before. I don't keep my nails very long so that's not why it happened. I was hoping this would strengthen my nails. Any suggestions as to why my nails would suddenly start breaking? Maybe I just have to give it more time, but I don't want anymore nails to break. Thanks.

Message: Linda,
Don't just give up so readily....The process takes time and it will work but you must continue for the full effects. Your nails have been thin and stressed. It just stands to reason they will break off.
It is possible that they broke at the same time because they were both weakened at the same time by an event. The other day I accidentally stuck my hand out to grab a door knob while my husband was pushing the door open from the other side. Needless to say all four nails are now little nubs....Not a problem though, because I just continue with the routine application of the formula and very soon they will all be back.
They are not like fake nails, they WILL break, that is as natural as rain falling. The difference is that my nails are healthy, and stronger than before so they WILL BE BACK, healthy and strong and mine....So keep using the formula, you are just starting a process that is not instant gratification....Time and effort are needed to achieve full recovery...

Message: Linda, I recently started with Barbara's products too. I also have thin (wet newspaper) nails. The first week after removing the acrylics I was SO careful - and didn't get much done in a day!
Give it time and keep persisting! Half the thin weak damaged area has already grown out. It just takes a little time. As stated elsewhere, the beauty of Barbara's formula is: it's accumulative. It's been said it takes up to 3 months for the nail to grow from cuticle to tip. I can see Barbara's formula is encouraging a faster growth.
