I used the removal procedure decsribed in your post and it worked! This morning, my nails are very sore, but I'm so glad to have "my" nails! I have ordered the Growth Formula and will anxiously await it's arrival! Thank you for all the help that you offer.

Hi LuAnne,
Good for you!! For a few days I left my nails a little long and I found that they bent too easily so I thought it was better to cut them almost even with my fingers. I have been using the buffing cream and buffer too and can't believe how my nails shine. :)
