Subject: How long?
Message: I have been using the Natural Nails Growth Formula for 30 days. While I do see some progress, my nails have not completely grown out from the acrylic nails I was using. My question here is, should I continue to apply the formula two times a day or go to the once a day. I think I would have full grow out in about 30 more days. Also, can I use a nail hardener, like Nailtiques now with the growth formula?
Thanks!!

Message: Keep using it twice daily if you want to the product will not harm you in any way........Your nails can not fully recover from trama in as little as 30 days. Use the growth formula without other products so that you are certain of your results....If you just "glob" a bunch of stuff together you will never know what works and what doesn't. Take some time, for heaven sakes, breathe! It is a process.... Nothing in this natural process is instant gratification. Nature and healing take time. And your nails have been through enough trama! Relax with it, and the results will become evident...
The Mayo Clinic says that those paint on hardeners do nothing to strengthen the nails....The hard part is the paint itself!

Message: Sandie,
it was 30 days before i saw any growth or sign of life whatsoever. the nail bed is traumatized after being filed and drilled, in some cases, over and over. topical hardeners are just that, on top. we're not saying you can never polish them again, but right now, in the beginning, they need something nourishing on them, not a drying topcoat.
