Message: Ask the "tech" that applied the nails....They should be able to tell you!
My suggestion would be to remove the nails and enjoy your life, free of those harmful fake nails. Let us know what you decide.

Message: Roshni,
My suggestion about removing the nails is my version of helping... I am afraid I just don't know if it is safe. I do not wear the fakes and I promote the growth of the natural nails rather than the instant gradificaion of the fakes. May be someone who knows first hand about infections from pool chemicles combining with bonding agents could be of greater benefit.
I really believe you should just remove the fake nails and take care of your Natural Nails..... That is obviously not what you wanted to hear.....

Message: i can only offer my experience with them from having a hot tub which probabaly has as much or more chlorine as a pool. i vaguely remember them getting softer but not coming off. i tried to hold them out of the water as much as possible, which you can imagine, looks kind of silly. i got tired of all that crap and came to my senses and have my own natural, strong nails with the help of the formula from this site. life's too short to be giving a large chunk of money, time, and eventual deterioration of your own nails for the fakes. i'm still amazed at what we will put ourselves through in order to have these chemicals and plastic glued to our fingers.
