Subject: Barbara, I got my kit today!
Message: Thank you! That was so fast since I just ordered it Saturday. I took my kitchen timer, turned on the TV and before I knew it, the 10 minutes were up. :) Do I leave it on for a while or wash it off. And what's the best way to wash it off. I don't want to un-do all the benefits of the Growth Cream.
Thanks again for such prompt service!

Message: Grace,
leave it on. it will soak right in. just go on and do what you normally do. you can even wash your hands right after and the water will just roll right off your nails, but there will be no greasy feeling left behind. it just feels like you're doing something so good for them.

Message: Hi Grace,
If you apply too much, not to worry. just take a tissue and wipe those babies down...Or you can go ahead and wash your hands if you wish. The effects of the Growth Formula will not be interrupted. The moisture barrier provided in this lanolin rich formula will keep your nails free of excessive amounts of moisture while sealing the nails own natural moisture and nutrients in. So you can basically do as you wish with regards to your "clean up" after application. Once you've used the formula for a while you will sense just how much of a "dab" you need to best coat your nails and you will not have "waste" to remove or wash off. The formula has a cumulative effect, so make certain that those first 30 days are a regular twice daily regimen. That will help to establish the growth rate pattern without interruption.
Let us know if you have further questions.
Best Regards,
Barbara

Message: Thanks Cheryl and Barbara, I used too much the first time, got carried away and did my fingers. Then I sat there and thought "OK now what, don't pet the cats!!" ha ha... When I tried to wash it off, it was like washing Crisco off so I used a body scrub from Bath and Body to remove it. Last night, I didn't do my fingers, only my nails and I didn't have to wash any off. So I'm getting the hang of it. Then before bed, I put some on each nail too. I can see that my cuticles are already looking better and no rough hang nails which I have a tendency to pick at or chew.
Thanks again,
Grace :)

Message: you'll find, a little goes along way! ocassionally i rub a small amount onto the back of my hands, but i don't believe i've ever done all my fingers! :} the secret to it is the massage-really rubbing it in to the nail bed for the full minute on each.
