I'm considering buying some products from this site. I've got a question though. All of the treatments are topical, there's nothing that's taken orally. Do the topical treatments really help strengthen your nails from the inside out?

you apply the formula twice a day, one minute per nail massaging it in, for 30 days. that is the most important part-twice/day, for 30 days. it works great by itself. the buffing cream and buffer will help keep a natural shine and help seal in the growth formula even more. after buffing, it looks like you've got a clear coat of polish on for up to 2 weeks-at least that's how long it lasts on me. i'm scraping, painting and sanding everyday and have not lost a nail yet. i put my formula on every night before i sleep and they survive what i throw at them everyday. use it as directed and it will not fail you.
