Subject: Curved Nails
Message: In the past, I have my hands in water quite a lot, which has made my nails softer than they normally are. Because they are so soft, the edges of my nails now bend and twist slightly.
I now wear gloves for washing dishes, etc, but the damage is done. Is there any way I can reshape my nails to their former state?
Thanks

Message: Tannya,
you can make them grow stronger and healthier. scroll down to the bottom to the Return To Our Home Page and read about the growth formula. some very good information to ponder.

Message: Thanks for the advice. I have started to strenghen my nails, which is coming on really well, but they are still retaining their old shape. Is there not a way I can reshape my nails to their former state?

Message: without actually seeing them i just can't exactly say how to file them correctly. i haven't been through it, so i can't offer any of my own personal experience. have you considered going for a manicure and having them shape them for you?
