Subject: Dont know what to do
Message: I want acrylic nails to be put on,I have a appt., tommorow as a matter of fact. BUt I only want to have it done once, I dont want to keep going in and get them done every few weeks. I want them to look nice for a wedding. Will they look all nasty when they come off? Do I have to keep going in every few weeks? Do they have to take them off, or will they come off by themselves? TIA!

Message: If you're skeptical it is because your senses are trying to tell you something. You could wear them for a short time with out life altering effects. Don't let anyone come at you with power tools telling you they are just going to scuff up the surface of the nails so they will adhere. If they only need scuffing up just allow them to use a fine grit buffer. To get them off you will have to soak in acetone, which you can do at home...But it takes quite some time and it will further dehydrate the nails and cuticles.
Why not just consider a nice manicure for the wedding so you do not run any risks.

Message: call around and ask if they can do a temperary set of nails for you. it last a few days and will not damage your nails at all.
just tell them to applied the acrylic on the nail with out filing your nail bed, than shape and buff the acrylic on the nail and polish. I do this for clients who just need nails for a few days and want to keep their natural nail.

Message: I've read what everyone is saying about the swelling and itching which is why I am writing.
But no one has said what to do to help. Does any
one have a remedie to the aftermath of a bad experience. My fingers are all cracked, dry and
ugly. Never have my hands looked so bad. I have been treating my fingers with niosporen and triple antibiotic creams. Every day as often as
I think about it. Anyone have a better solution?? Would be great appreciated. PLEASE !!!

Message: Linda,
First of all, I would suggest never using the topical treatments such as the acrylics, or any others.
The Natural Nails Growth Formula sold on this website will help to restore your own natural nails. Click on the "Return To Our Home Page" below and follow the links to order. But first read some of the information provided herein before you make any decisions.

Message: Linda,
you are allergic to the acrylic mixture. putting on more acrylic over cracked, dryed out skin is just going to produce another reaction. keep puting on the neosporin creme and take the acrylics off.
