what do you recommend for removing cuticles? I know cutting them is out of the question. Mavela nail products recommends a cream cuticle remover.

Do not remove the cutlcles. They are a bumper of sorts to prevent anything penetrating the nails edge that may cause the nail to seperate from the nail bed. Just keep the Natural Nails Growth Formula on them to keep them supple and supplement with vitamin e oil which is readily absorbed.

that product is fine. don't leave it on longer than recommended and gently push the cuticles back with an orange stick wrapped in cotton. soaking the nails in warm water, before, will help also.
