Subject: peeling nails
Message: Hi ya, im lucky to have natural long nails but i cant seem to stop them from splitting or peeling. I massage nail moisturiser into them every few days, file them and generally take good care of them which has made them stronger but it doesnt seem to stop them splitting. Can someone tell what or if there something I can do. Cheers Kazza

Message: moisturize them every day, keep them out of water and when you file them only go in one direction.

Message: "A lack of sufficient hydrochloric acid(HCI) contributes to splitting nails"--From "PRESCRIPTION FOR NUTRITIONAL HEALING".
Have you tried multivitamins HAIR, SKIN & NAILS?
But don't expect fast result. It takes 3-4 months.

Message: It is better to treat your nails from INSIDE with a good diet AND from OUTSIDE with Natural Growth Formula. A few years ago I use to have a very poor diet and a lots of stress and I had same problem. When my life changed (and my diet) my fingernails became stronger and healthier, until one day I decided to have acrylic. BIG mistake! I wish I'd visit this site before that day.

Message: there is absolutely nothing good about acrylics. even though millons of women wear them "successfully" their own nails underneath are just destroyed as long as the cycle continues.

Message: Every sigarette pack or bottle of wine have denger warnings. I think every nail salon must have signs about acrylic denger too.
I don't have acrylic for about a week and I promise to myself that acrylic or anything like that will NEVER touch my nails again... and I'm going to home page to make an order. Good luck to me. I'll let you know how it works.
P.S. I really belive that good nutritious food and food supplements important as well.

Message: Linda,
just start with healthy, non-peeling, growing nails instead of long for now. long usually equals broken unless we are blessed with the right genetics. you've wasted your money on all the stuff that doesn't work, just like i did, now try what does work. go to the home page of this site and read about the natural nails growth formula and make up your own mind about it. i can tell you over and over again that it works, but it's something you have to decide for yourself and dedicate 30 days to, to get the kind of results you want. it's good stuff. and no, i don't work for this site. just a consumer and believer.
