Subject: Nail repair
Message: I had tips on my fingernails for about 2 years. Refilling every 3 weeks. I tried to take the tips off and all that glue or whatever it is they use to refill. My nails underneath are thin dry and layered and pealing. what can I do to repair them.
Thanks,

Message: Norma Jean,
scrole down to Return To our Homepage and order some natural nails growth formula. use it every day, twice a day, one minute per nail, for 30 days. you will get your own nails back. don't waste your money on stuff that doesn't work. this does.

Back to the nail biting. What you have to do is stop biting them. There is no "miracle cure". Just stop it. And I mean consciously, willfully not biting your nails. Just think of what your ingesting after you are on the phone or typing at your (or someone elses) computer or on use at the bathroom and you put your fingers in your mouth to bite your nails. Dirt, bacteria, dust, other peoples skin (We've seen it all my friend). You may not know it but it's been said that biting your nails is the equivalent to licking a public toilet seat.
So, just stop biting. Don't see it as a punishment. Think of all the good things to look forward to with nice long healthy nails that are well cared for. Buy some nice cuticle oil and take regular manicures as a present to yourself for being so good at not biting. Before long you will have stopped but you have to WANT to stop. Good luck and let us know how you go!

Message: Just curious -- Does dirt affect the growth of fingernails? They seem to always get longer when planting/playing in dirt?

Message: Getting dirt stuck under your fingernails may make them seem longer because you can see the darkness rather than the "seethrough" nail colour? Just a thought.
