Hi everyone with thumbnail ridges. I have been trying all kinds of remedies and the cheapest solution I found is simple WHEAT GERM OIL.
My deep thumbnail ridges have nearly grown out now after taking 1 TABLESPOON of WHEAT GERM OIL every day. It will take you about three weeks until you see the new growth, and you will be happy.
I tried the costlier Flax Seed Oil and that was only about 5% effective. WHEAT GREM OIL appears to be 99% effective and it's CHEAP!
My stress level and diet all remain the same. Just the addition of 1 tablespoon of WHEAT GERM OIL per DAY and now my finger nail ridges are gone.

i saw your message about wheatgerm oil but i think i am allergic to it -- what is in the oil that removes the ridges? also i only have theridges on my left thumb!! do you know what that means -- thanks in advance -- irene

White male age 68. Last 2yrs both thumbnails have developed verticle ridges and thickening of nail at centre. Other nails fine.
Readyears ago in palmistry that it was symtomatic of...?
Any advice???

A lot of us experience those ridges as we age.... Our Natural Nails Buffing Cream and buffer may be just what you need. Or pick up one of those 3 sided buffing blocks and buff them down if your nails are generally strong and healthy. Our buffing cream is lanoline rich and will help provide a moisture barrier if that is an issue for you.
