Subject: Another buffer question
Message: I read the other buffer question about the cowhide vs. chamios and was wondering, does yalls cowhide buffer remove ridges? I have a thing, its a block that has 4 sides, one is a kinda rough and files out the ridges and then you use another side and then the thing to shine them. I think the black thing that gets the ridges also thins my nails, ya know, like as I remove the ridges. Anyway, I was just wondering, hope Barbara can help me. I haven't been real religious about using my growth cream, its like I am so dang busy! But I am trying!

Message: Terri,
Be cautious with those buffers. That is like using sand paper on the surface of the nails. You don't want to "scrape off layers" of your nails. That is defeating the strength of the natural nails. Just use the smooth cowhide buffers with a gentle buffing cream that smooths the surface without damaging the layers.
Terri, if you don't use the Growth Formula it can't help you. I'll lay odds that you have spent out of sight amounts of money over the years, and gone through rituals that produced an empty wallet but little else. Take the time for yourself to use a product that you have already paid for. This one will work, but only if you use it....
Think about the end results...And don't you deserve a little pampering too! Just 20 minutes or less a day for yourself is not a lot of time for you to "steal" away.
