Subject: tea
Message: Cheryl,
You've been drinking the tea for a couple of weeks....have
you noticed anything different in yourself? Just curious....I
have hypothyroidism and am also anemic which I take
medication and extra iron for. I'm just wondering if it
would help with fatigue.
Thanks!

Message: Kristin,
i understand it takes about a month of pretty consistent drinking to see the results, so no, i don't notice anything yet. i'm not a huge tea or liquid drinker during the day, especially without meals, so i don't drink as much as barbara does, so it's probably going to take me longer.

Message: Hi Kristin and Cheryl,
Dr. Liu told me it takes about 2 months for the benefits to be truly realized. I guess I do "OVER KILL" with drinking it all day everyday. Probably 3 or 4 cups daily will suffice for the benefits of the tea, but make sure you eat the leaves at the end of the day.
Just cover the bottom of your cup with the leaves and use "boiling" water each time. By the time the tea is cool enough to sip the leaves will be settled in the bottom of the cup. Just replenish the boiling water to the same tea leaves until you eat the leaves in the evening.
Sounds gross but think of them as little lettuce leaves or like chick weed in your salad or alfalfa sprouts or whatever. Once you get over the oddity the ritual is not at all insufferable.
I love the fact that I don't take any meds for anything anymore. Not even my heart medication. It somehow made the reflux cease. Thank God...
It is really worth the cost of the tea. One bag of tea for the last three months between my husband and myself and there is still some left. Probably another 2 weeks worth.
My meds ran about $278.00 a month...It really is financially smarter too!
Later Yous Guys!
Barbara
