I have thin soft nails that peel off in layers if I don't keep them very short. Also my cuticles are dry, rough, and flakey. I have used products for my nails that worked ok but made my cuticles worse. And the cuticle creams I've used didn't do anything for my nails. Using them togeather seemed to cancel out their effects. Will this product help both my nails and my cuticles?
