Dear readers of the Natural Nail Growth Forum,
For the last few days I have been discussing on this site. When I started leaving posts, I was very set on my acrylic nails, but after doing some reading and being encouraged by other people who post on this site...I have decided to grow out my natural nails with the help of the products on this site. Thanks for all the help.

I actually was pretty set on acrylics too a couple of days ago...in fact, i ended up doing acrylics anyway.
2 days later i took them off, and my nails are very sensitive, but they're not damaged though.
i recommend anyone to take the nails off at the salon, instead of taking them off by yourself...you'll do more damage that way.

isn't it amazing? makes you realize how very little time is needed to start damaging them. almost immediately. good for you. you made a good choice.
