Subject: Good Health and fingernails
Message: Hello everyone,
I am straying from the actual topic a bit to tell you all about something I am using myself. It promotes general good health and I believe in natural products that do just that.
Let me start with the fact that I have had high blood pressure and a heart problem for over half of my life.
My husband and I write web sites and store them on our own servers. I have been seeing a doctor in Atlanta for years because I get acupuncture treatments about every 8 to 12 months.
Dr. Liu is from the Yellow Mountain region of China and he had us write his website just over 2 months ago. Since he was in our offices during the process of creating his website, we, (my husband and I,) have been drinking Yellow Mountain Green Tea. I am here to attest to the fact that this is the most remarkable "medicine" I have ever been blessed to have received. I no longer take my heart, blood pressure, or hormone medications. It is just not necessary any longer....Because of this tea! Please check this out at
http://www.yellowmountaingreentea.com
He has impeccable credentials, and he is so humble a human being also. He was also involved in DNA research in its early stages and has some portion of the strands named for his discoveries. I don't know if I am using the correct terms here, but I think you get my gist.
If you want to really be, and not just feel, healthier you need to try this tea out...The effects are beyond my wildest hopes. He said it would take about two months for the tea to "kick in" but I was able to begin to cut back on my meds in about 2 weeks, and I am "drug free" now,(all legal and prescribed).
Just thought you would all want this information, so I am just sharing from my experience.

Message: Hi Barbara,
I have always known green tea is beneficial to good health, but have left it at that. After reading your posting, I decided to order some from the site you suggested and give it a try. Now, how many cups of tea per day would you suggest I drink for the best results? I doubt I could drink it all day. Thanks!

Message: Hi Dorothy,
I just sip all day.....I have the benefit of working from home so that is a bonus when it comes to being able to pursue personal matters...I would guess about 6 to 8 cups daily, and when I am finished with my day I eat the leaves before washing up the cup and making ready for tomorrow. For those without the benefits of working from home I would say 3 to 4 cups daily.
It is amazing the benefits from this tea. I really feel so much better being able to leave the meds behind..I love the fact that I am not paying the pharmacy to "control the symptoms" and never fixing the problem.
And Cheryl....If you just don't like the bland taste of the tea just throw in a mint leaf or a mint tea bag, Dr. Liu said that would be fine to flavor it up with...
Later all,
Barbara

Message: i found i didn't need to flavor it up at all. i like it just like it is. my only problem is, i don't use a tea kettle. i have a hot water dispenser built in behind my sink. so, when it gets cold, and i hate cold tea, i find i have to make a "new" cup of tea. the leaves do hold their flavor all day though.

Message: Oh my, Barbara! Do you chew the leaves or swallow them whole?? I guess I will have to approach that idea with some serious thought! I have the benefit of working at home also, so I could sip all day but I have found I get tired of the taste of tea after so long. I guess I'll have to think of the health benefits and not dwell on the drinking pleasure. We'll see.

Message: Dorothy,
The leaves are not that bad...Dr. Liu is the one that told me to eat the leaves at the end of the day, and since those were his instructions, I assume that the fullest benefit of the tea is realized by consuming the leaves as well as the tea itself. I have found that the longer you can chew them the less bitter or aftertaste there is. It is a very small price to pay for the health benefits that are derived from the product. You really will become accustomed to the flavor and texture. You eat salad greens, right? Think of them in that way and you may be able to put a new spin on that part of it. Kind of like adding chick weed to your salad for weight control.

drinker and have had a hard time finding a tea I can stick
with.

Message: Kristin,
The tea is not something you would drink for the pleasure of the taste..It is actually for the healing purposes and general care of the body. It is very bland in flavor, and if you want to jazz up the taste drop in a mint sprig or a mint flavored tea bag. But it is an awsome health drink. The Chinese have used herbal medicnes for over 5000 years and the benefits are astounding. The western world needs to get informed. I drink it daily from first light til lights out. You just put enough tea leaves in a cup to cover the bottom of the vessel, the add boiling water. Allow the tea to cool to drinking temp, by then the leaves have settled to the bottom of your cup. Drink it down, fill it up again, let it steep and cool and so on until your day is done. When you drink your last cup of the evening, eat the tealeaves and get your cup ready for tomorrow. It is the best thing I have done for myself in 40 years.

Message: Kristin,
i've been drinking it for a couple of weeks now and if you're looking for a tea with a lot of taste,it doesn't. but on the plus side it isn't bitter at all like some green teas i've tried. very mellow. the web site is just a good place to go and learn about it if you would like to. it's got to be better for your insides than coffee everyday!!

Message: Barbara, may I ever wear nail polish again? I have used the products for 6 weeks now and am very pleased, but would like to use OPI nail covering, if it is okay. I certainly do NOT want to spoil any good I have done to improve their health over the last 6 weeks. Is another brand better than OPI? Thanks. *Linda*

Message: Linda,
You can indeed wear polish if you wish. Just do NOT use acetone remover. You will be defeating the benefits of the Growth Formula because of the fact that the acetone will strip out all natural oils and nutrients from the nails and cuticles. (Very drying and harsh)...Exactly what you don't want to happen. Just continue with the Growth Formula once the nails are polishted, it will not interfer with the cell stimulation.
