there is no miracle out here to make them grow quicker. it mostly has to do with heredity,our nutrition, climate and how we treat our nails. your nails are growing whether you realize it or not. some peoples nails just grow faster than others. instead of quicker, why not strive for stronger?

my nails grow pretty well but after they get so long they chip off how can i prevent this is there any food or anything i can eat or soak my hands in to fix it????,

maybe they are getting too long. when nails chip it usually means they are dehydrated. before you go out and buy foods and supplements and other stuff that doesn't work, scroll down and go read the information, from this home page, for the natural nails growth formula. it helped me recover my nails after acrylics. the page explains how it works . it's just good information. i've tried food and vitamins and minerals and hand soaks and lotions and wasted alot of money. this stuff works.
