Hi,
I have psorisis under my fingernails.3 nails on my left hand and 1 nail on my right hand.
It is'nt causing me pain but it looks horrible and gets caught onto things because the nail lifts. Itrim them as much as I can.

You need to be 100% sure that this is what is going on under your nails. If a doctor has diagnosed it, good. If not, have a dermatologist examine the nails.
Otherwise, keep your nails trimed short and apply cuticle oil under the nail twice daily.

I have it too! I live in Alaska, and when I lived in Arizona I never had psorisis because of the sun. My dad has it too, but I just got it on my right hand thumb and it's so ugly...I am going to my derm. doctor and asking her what I should do. If I get any info. I will post again.
