 Subject: nail problem

i'm hoping someone can help. i bite my nails too much and i ended up biting the white moon part of my nail. i bit a lot of it off so that a fleshy part is exposed. its really embarrassing and i dont know what to do to fix it. i'd like to get my nails done so i can hide it. any advice on what to do is appreciated.

all i can tell you is to quit biting your nails. i know, easier said then done. i bit mine for 38 years so i know a thing or two about it. if you try and hide it under acrylics or do it yourself your going to end up with even more problems and will probably end up biting through the acrylics anyway. i did the acrylics for a number of years and damaged my nails so much more. no easy answer. sorry.

It is terribly difficult to just quit biting. You will have a better shot at it if you do something that will replace the "bad" habit with a habit that is more constructive for the nails.
I see that you are only 10 years old, is that correct?
If so, you might want to get your Mum to look at this information and she can help you make an informed decision on what to do next.
If you and your Mum decide to try an alternative behavior, the Natural Nails Growth Formula will do several things to help you with this issue.
