Hey everyone,
i have just stopped bitting my nails and i am quite pleased but they are taking for ever to grow. I was just wondering if there was a cheap way of getting them to grow QUICKER!!!!!!

use the natural nails growth formula. it really and truly works. i have been a chronic nail biter for 38 years and started using the formula 2 months ago, everyday, twice a day, for thirty days and i now have nails. they still have a ways to go, but i have white showing on every single one of them and can actually "scratch" with them! i did it without polishes, hardeners, herbal remedies, gelatin, calcium, keratin, B6 thru 12 or anything else you can think of! i took care of them, did and do not use them as "tools", kept my cuticles healthy, and made time twice a day for the growth formula. two months may seem like forever, but think about how much time you've wasted biting them and for what-sore, inflammed, horrible looking nails and hands? just try it.

Whats going on everyone? Well, I am on here because I still bite my fingernails,but I am willing to stop if I can find a solution to make them grow back.I really need help because having ugly fingernails makes me socially insecure.If anyone can help me please do.

growing your nails out to a decent length is still going to take time. a lot depends on genetics, how bitten they are now, diet, and mostly, keeping them out of your mouth. if you're not ready to give up and break the habit, then it's not going to matter what we say here. mine took a month to start showing some progress, but that's just me. we're all different. nothing worthwhile can be accomplished at the speed of light. but, if you don't start now, then in one month you will still have bitten nails. keeping the moisture balance in them is crucial, along with keeping the cuticles healthy. the Nail Growth Formula will help heal the nail bed and cuticles, but you have to use it twice a day for the first 30 days. it's not an overnight cure to nail biting.

I am 50 plus and have bitten both nails and cuticles for the vast majority of my life, even as a small child. I found this website last year and thought "What do I have to lose?" so I ordered and have faithfully used the Natural Nails Growth Formula since. The time I used to spend in front of the TV biting is now spent rubbing the NGF in. I noticed improvement in the look (nice and pink) almost immediately and length and even hardness in about a week or two. Now they are so long I can see the white above my fingertips when I look at them from behind and the cuticles are not red and raw but pink and healthy. I can't say enough good things about this product. I am still, after almost a year, looking at my fingernails and can't believe they are actually attached to MY hands! My friends and family probably can't either!

It is a very hard habit to break, made especially hard, I think, because sometimes I didn't even realize I was doing it, like it was subconscious. What made it a lot easier was the fact that I set aside the time every morning and night and rubbed in the NGF. Once the nails started getting healthier, stronger, and with a bit of length, it was so much easier. Everytime I found a nail in my mouth, I would think "What are you doing?" and out of the mouth it would come. I know it does take time to grow the nails, but it doesn't seem like very long to someone who has awful nails literally their whole life.

I was never a nail biter, but I can so relate to chewing up those cuticles. I still get the occassional urge to chew, but am no longer ashamed of how they look.

I have been using the NGF for about 6 mos and am amazed with the results. Never again will I entertain a product that has acetone in it because I don't dare want to go back to those brittle nail days. About every 3-4 weeks I have to cut my nails back because they get too long for my liking. I can't believe I said that but it's true.
